Watch the film now:
The video came about after Paul, who works for Happy Gringo tours in Quito, met some of the CENIT volunteers.
“I was ask by the tour company to come along for the tour with the CENIT volunteers and I brought my video camera, started doing some filming and made a 2 minute video of that tour,” Paul explains. “The volunteers from CENIT appear at the end of the video.”
Never ones to miss an opportunity, the CENIT volunteers realised Paul’s skills could be really useful to CENIT.
“I got talking with Esther from CENIT,” Paul continues, “and we decided we would do a video on CENIT. It happened really quickly because she had to head back to the UK and wanted to bring a copy of the DVD along. But in the end it all seemed to work out nicely.”
“Thanks again for linking the video and it´s nice to see the organization that Jacquline was talking about online. You guys do really good work and it was a lot of fun doing the video,” Paul concludes.
With the video freely available on popular website YouTube, the work of CENIT can be seen all over the world.
